Biography
Dr. Manar Fawzi Hosny is an Assistant Professor and the vice chair of the Computer Science Department, College of Computer and Information Sciences (CCIS), King Saud University (KSU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo. She has PhD from Cardiff School of Computer Science and Informatics, Cardiff University, UK, 2010. She is member in ACM and IEEE. Her main research area is in metaheuristic algorithms and combinatorial optimization; besides, HCI, bioinformatics, data mining, social network analysis and technology in education. She has many research publications in high quality international conferences and journals.
